Greatly enjoyed how pretty standard and great the property was. Clean units with 5 level as well as king size bed, and the staff were amiable. The service was excellent.

It was a cheap hotel which had good service. Exceptionally nice location, it was not far from airport, restaurant and paris and disneyland.

The rooms were tidy and featured a comfortable king size bed along with a sofa, spread across five levels. The meals offered were excellent. The staff members were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel's location was peaceful, with easy access to nearby restaurants and the outskirts of Paris.

For the price we paid, we got more than we expected at Mercure. The room was comfortable, clean, and had big French windows that let us enjoy the greenery and birds outside. The staff, especially Gloria, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a pool and outside patio, although we couldn't use them due to the chilly weather.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options for guests.

The hotel is clean and has a perfect location in Le Blanc-Mesnil, very close to Le Bourget airport, the business center of Paris, and restaurants. The breakfast was incredible, with a variety including cornflakes and pleasant views.

the staff was the most rude staff i have come across,we got the room different and much smaller for 3 people as we booked for and rather we booked and confirmed another room on booking .com,after complaining about broken window handles,broken and immovable curtains ,no water in room many many other things..and the most ineffecient staff..looking as is the staff doesnt like to work and love to be boss instead and treat their guest as their staff..believe its the truth ..i will never stay in any novotel groups..

When it was time to leave!!!

First of all le bourget is is a dump!! Not the hotels fault it is at least at the better end of town. When you arrive the hotel is in an industrial estate and has its own security fencing!! The local police also stay at the hotel which might explain the constant banging of doors and noise throughout our two day stay. When complaining about the noise at two in the morning on checkout it was suggested that phoning reception would have sorted the problem? The hotel appears a mixture of old and modern, the bathroom facilites in our rooms needed updating with old stained fittings and corroded mirrors. The rooms were a good size but at 75euros a night with no breakfast or free wifi just to expensive and this was only in november. Disappointed!!
